Using PhotoTools

By using PhotoTools you agree to these terms. You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes as long as you have the rights to the images you process.

Acceptable use

You must not use PhotoTools to:

• process content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights or depicts abuse;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass limits and quotas;
• resell raw API access without a Business agreement.

Accounts, plans and credits

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Included monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs remain available while your account is active.

API

API keys are personal to your account. Keep them secret. We may rate-limit or suspend keys that cause abuse or put the service at risk.

Your content

You keep all rights to your images. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process them for you. Server-processed files are deleted automatically as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Keep your original files.
