Frequently asked questions
How do I resize without distorting the image?
Keep “Lock aspect ratio” on, or use the Fit, Contain or Cover modes, which never stretch the image.
What is the difference between contain and cover?
Contain shows the whole image and adds a background to fill the frame. Cover fills the frame completely and crops what doesn’t fit.
Can I make an image larger?
Yes, but enlarging adds no detail. For real upscaling use the AI Image Upscaler.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using WebAssembly. Your images never leave your device, and nothing is stored.
