Why is a color slightly different from what I expected?
Photos contain noise and shading, so neighboring pixels differ. Use the magnifier to pick a typical pixel, or take one of the suggested main colors.
Can I pick colors from a screenshot of a website?
Yes. Paste the screenshot with Ctrl+V and click the element; the exact value is read from the pixels.
Is it free?
