Privacy Policy

Summary

Most PhotoTools tools process images entirely in your browser. Those images never reach our servers.

Server batches, the API and loading images from a URL process files on our servers (the AI tools on the website run in your browser). These files are stored privately and deleted automatically after 1 hour, unless you enable cloud history on a paid plan.

We never sell personal data and never use your images to train models.

Data we process

Depending on how you use PhotoTools we process:

  • Account data: email address, name, a salted password hash, language and plan.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer ID, plan and invoice status — never card numbers.
  • Server-processed files: images you send to server batches or the API, deleted after 1 hour (or after the cloud history period you choose).
  • Usage data: counts of operations, file sizes and processing times used for quotas, billing and dashboards.
  • Technical logs: IP address, user agent and request metadata used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention, kept for up to 30 days.
  • Anonymous usage statistics: daily counts of tool page views, uploads, results and downloads per page, language, traffic source type and device type — without cookies, IP addresses, identifiers, file names or image contents.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you logged in, remember your language and store your cookie choice. Advertising cookies are only used if you accept them; otherwise non-personalised ads are shown to free users. Paid plans show no ads.

Processors

We use trusted providers to run the service:

  • Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, R2 object storage)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Email delivery provider (account and billing emails)
  • Google AdSense (ads for free users, subject to your consent)

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account in Settings removes your profile, API keys, presets and history. For any request, contact masterkaeron@gmail.com.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to object, to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
