Which resolution should I choose?
150 dpi is enough for screens, websites and messages. Choose 300 dpi to print the pages or to read small text; the images get about four times more pixels.
Can I convert a password-protected PDF?
Yes, if you know the password: enter it when asked. It is used only in your browser to open the file.
